Firmax3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before using firmax3's services. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
These terms apply to all firmax3 platform users in Malaysia. Effective date: January 2026.
1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing or using the firmax3 website and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies published on this platform. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please stop using the platform immediately.
To be eligible to use the firmax3 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

- Not restricted by any local laws or regulations from accessing online betting services.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to register only one account on firmax3. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. firmax3 will never ask for your password via email or any other communication channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our customer support immediately. All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Firmax3 users agree to comply with all platform usage rules. Unauthorised use or violation of these terms may result in actions including account termination and legal proceedings.
You strictly prohibited for:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform in an unauthorised manner.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or interfere with firmax3's security systems or related infrastructure.
- Transferring, selling, or sharing your account with any other party.
- Using the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity, including money laundering.
- Abusing the bonus or promotion system through fraudulent means such as registering multiple accounts.
- Posting offensive, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through any feature on the platform.
Firmax3 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action without prior notice to the user concerned.
4. Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All transactions on the firmax3 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited belong to you and were obtained through legitimate means. The use of third-party credit cards or bank accounts without authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Deposit
Deposits will be credited to your account once payment confirmation is received. Processing times vary depending on the payment method chosen. firmax3 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with firmax3's internal review procedures. The platform reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals may only be made to an account or payment method registered under the same user's name.
Limits & Fees

5. Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Account Policies

Account Suspension & Closure
Firmax3 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any balance in an account suspended due to fraud may be forfeited in full. Users may request account closure themselves by contacting customer support.
6. Third-Party Links, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
